{"id":214,"date":"2010-03-17T16:53:10","date_gmt":"2010-03-17T21:53:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/davidschalliol.com\/blog\/?p=214"},"modified":"2018-12-17T18:37:11","modified_gmt":"2018-12-18T00:37:11","slug":"february-and-march-fast-track-lists","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/davidschalliol.com\/blog\/2010\/03\/17\/february-and-march-fast-track-lists\/","title":{"rendered":"February and March Fast Track Lists"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As I mentioned in <a href=\"https:\/\/davidschalliol.com\/blog\/2009\/10\/19\/october-fast-track-abatement-program-map\/\">October<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>Chicago\u2019s Fast Track Abatement Program is a final step for buildings deemed by the city to be \u201cvacant\u201d and \u201copen\u201d and \u201cconstitute a hazard to the community.\u201d Owners of buildings on the list must take corrective action upon receiving notice of the condition of the building.
